ORACLE SOA ADMIN SERVER FROZEN DURING STARTUP
Oracle SOA Server was Frozen during server startup and our support engineer waited for sometime guessing it could be a temporary issue. But it was not resolved. As it was an urgent issue, he called me at mid of the night on a Saturday. 1) I had a look at server logs and there is nothing written after below log entry.
